Priority is first given to MBA students followed by students of other programs. Please note that you are required to provide your proof of enrollment of a minimum of 12 months to fulfill our 12 month fixed term lease that then rolls month to month. If your enrollment letter does not provide the necessary dates regarding which year of enrollment you are in, please have UBC provide you an official letter advising of the requested information.
