Each floor consists of 27 units: 22 are for single residents and 5 are designed for double residents.

SINGLE SUITE WITH PRIVATE BATHROOM – UNIT A

Size: 237 sq. ft.

Monthly rent: $1,215.00 (internet, utlities, monthly suite cleaning included in rent)
Furnishings: Double bed, night table, bedside lamp, dresser, desk, desk lamp, desk chair, two bar-style dining chairs, microwave, small refrigerator, window coverings.

COUPLES SUITE WITH PRIVATE BATHROOM- UNIT B

Size: 386-423 sq. ft.
No. of suites: 15
Monthly rent: $1,450.00 (internet, utlities, monthly suite cleaning included in rent)
Furnishings: Double bed, two night tables, two bedside lamps, dresser, desk lamp, desk chair, dining table, sofa, end table, coffee table, microwave, small refrigerator, window coverings.

*Please note that Unit A is single and Unit B is double.
